About the Serra Jacket
The Serra is one of Pauline Alice’s master strokes, and has a wonderful reputation in the online sewing community. It is a beautiful unstructured, fully lined, unisex jacket with raglan sleeves. The pattern has THREE distinct views for 3 very different styles, with interchangeable details for even more possibilities. VIEW A: Raincoat
Storm shield; mid-thigh length; stand-up collar; drawstring waist; 3 flap pockets; zip closure; button placket; detachable hood.
VIEW B: Blouson Jacket
Fixed hood with adjustable drawstring; elasticated sleeves and hem; 3 zipped pockets; zip closure.
VIEW C: Trench Coat
Storm shield and gun flap; knee length; 2 button-through welt pockets and 1 interior welt pocket; classic collar; cuffed sleeves; single-breasted button closure; belt and detachable hood.

Errata: On the printed instructions booklet:
- For the view a, it required a 70 cm (27") separable zipper instead 60 cm (20") as described in fabric requirement and notions.
- for the view b, it is required a 60 cm (23") separable zipper instead 50 cm (20") as described in fabric requirement and notions.
- For the view c, it is required 13 buttons instead 10 as described in fabric requirement and notions.
Sizing
This pattern is for sizes XS-XXL (Bust/chest: 83cm - 117cm; Waist: 65cm - 99cm; Hips: 88cm - 122cm).
Level of Difficulty
Pauline Alice rates the Serra jacket at "three scissors", indicating it is for an experienced sewer.
