  • Non Directional

Solace is a gorgeous quality Japanese Hokkoh cloth.  The Rayon and Cotton blend has a smooth, satin finish which brings a little sheen (akin to a mercerised cotton).   The design is a free-style floral with predominately larger scale blooms.  The weight is 115gsm, so it’s perfect for dresses (think tunics, shirt dresses, fit and flare), shirts, blouses, and skirts or loose pants.  This print makes such a statement but the colours (dusky pink; olive; teal & navy; and latte) are more restrained, letting the floral design make the statement.  These are going to not only be a lovely change for summer dresses, but will be perfect for transitional makes.

This print comes in four colourways: Aegean, Latte, Olive, and Dusky Pink & Chocolate.

It’s not often I come across a lovely olive floral, and the large scale of the Solace design seems to work perfectly for this black and olive combination.  This is going to look great with denims and black.

      Cloth Care:

Treat as a Viscose (Rayon) when washing.  Viscose is a fibre that is derived from wood pulp, making it a natural fabric that is more breathable than cotton. It is also known as Rayon.

Please allow 5% shrinkage for this fabric as viscose has a tendency to shrink in the first wash.

Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron and hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiffer when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries. Dry in shade and inside out.
