Refund policy

Select items carefully as all sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind.  Cut fabric, haberdashery and sewing patterns cannot be returned or refunded.   Use the Swatch Service if you are uncertain about fabric purchases.  The website provides as much information as possible about the fabric, cloth/fabric care, patterns and haberdashery.  As colours of fabric and other items will be depicted differently on each monitor and device, and is beyond the control of Cloth Edit to guarantee colours.  Please consult the cloth care instructions in the product description.  We are unable to accept claims on fabric/cloth that has been laundered incorrectly.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item prior to purchase.  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric, haberdashery or pattern, or if you find an item faulty, we will replace the item at no charge.  If we are unable to do this, due to the product being unavailable, we will refund the cost of the item, and if applicable, the shipping fee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We have a 21-day return policy.  All claims on incorrect or faulty items must be made within 21 days of purchase, and proof of purchase must be provided.  To make a claim please email us at hello@clothedit.com.au.
