'London Spring' 100% Linen
- 100% Linen
- Weight 150 gsm
- 137 cm Wide
- Directional Print
- Oeko Tex Standard 100 |1501004
I’m so excited to release another sensational linen for your spring | summer sewing. London Spring has a perfect balance of variegated fresh greens, alongside a gorgeous palette of pastels and neutrals (such as soft limoncello, pale terracotta, soft lilac, marshmallow pink, duck egg, pale mint and powder blue). The assembly of architecture represents beautiful terraces and the domes and spires of cathedrals. I love the way bricks and roof tiles bring ‘texture’, and I’ve enjoyed looking at the variety of windows. If you look carefully, you will spot some beautiful birds, resting on roof tops.
The cloth is the same 150gsm lighter-weight linen I like to get. The quality is superb. This is perfect for dresses, blouse, shirts and skirts (oh and palazzo pants!.

Washing Instructions:
We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand washing linen. It is important not to wring the fabric or garment, so if you are handwashing, roll up in a towel to press out excess water. To ensure the long life of a garment, don’t tumble dry as this breaks down the fibres. If you do tumble dry the cloth, then do so on a cooler setting. It is preferable to wash inside out. Wash colours separately. Shake out the wet garment and dry flat (or on a hanger) in the shade. Use a warm/hot iron and spot test.
