We understand the challenges of buying fabric online, so one of the key priorities for Cloth Edit is to provide clear images, good descriptions, and as much information as possible. Nevertheless, you may desire to know the precise feel, weight and colour of the cloth before you make your purchase. It is highly recommended to use the Swatch Service to take away any uncertainty. We do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut, or on discounted remnants.
Swatch Service (Use this when you only want samples. It cannot be combined with other goods)
When you purchase a ‘Swatch Service’ for $3.50, you can indicate up to 5 fabrics you would like samples of, and they will be sent to you via Regular Australia Post. Simply note the 5 samples you would like in the ‘Shopping Bag’ process (It says: “Add special instructions for your order here -”), or if you forget just send an email: hello@clothedit.com.au
The postage price for these Swatches | Samples is $1.50. It is sent via standard mail and is untracked. Please note that we are unable to send samples of Remnants or 'Last Pieces'.
Liberty Swatch Service
When you purchase a ‘Swatch Service’ for $7.50, you can indicate up to 3 fabrics you would like samples of, and they will be sent to you via Regular Australia Post. Simply note the 3 samples you would like in the ‘Shopping Bag’ process (It says: “Add special instructions for your order here -”), or if you forget just send an email: hello@clothedit.com.au

International Swatch Service Postage Rates
New Zealand, Canada, US, UK, Ireland - up to 5 samples will be posted for AU $5 (in addition to the $3.50 for the samples). Samples of Liberty are currently not available for overseas customers. Delivery is via Standard Australian Post. The envelope will not be tracked. If you prefer tracking, please let me know and I will raise an invoice for the shipping for you.
