We understand the challenges of buying fabric online, so one of the key priorities for Cloth Edit is to provide clear images, good descriptions, and as much information as possible.  Nevertheless, you may desire to know the precise feel, weight and colour of the cloth before you make your purchase.  It is highly recommended to use the Swatch Service to take away any uncertainty.   We do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut, or on discounted remnants.* 

Domestic and International Customers, Please Note - Don't buy the Swatch Service if you are wanting samples as well as purchasing other goods.  Combining a 'Swatch Service' purchase in an order with other goods will cause problems, as the checkout will get confused by the two different shipping rates ;-).  Cloth Edit includes a range of samples with each fabric, pattern and haby purchase. If there is a particular sample you would like, just let us know in the ‘Shopping Bag’ process (It says: “Add special instructions for your order here -”), or if you forget just send an email: hello@clothedit.com.au

 

Swatch Service (Use this when you only want samples. It cannot be combined with other goods)  

We have recently changed the Swatch Service as there were unforeseen glitches when customers were combining samples in their regular orders. Now, when you purchase a ‘Swatch Service’ for $3.50, you can indicate up to 5 fabrics you would like samples of, and they will be sent to you via Regular Australia Post. Simply note the 5 samples you would like in the ‘Shopping Bag’ process (It says: “Add special instructions for your order here -”), or if you forget just send an email: hello@clothedit.com.au  The price includes postage via an untracked envelope. Please note that we are unable to send samples of Remnants.

International Swatch Service Postage Rates  

New Zealand, Canada, US, UK, Ireland - up to 5 samples will be delivered for AU$3 (in addition to the $3.50 for the samples).  Delivery is via Standard Australian Post.  The envelope will not be tracked.  If you prefer tracking, please let me know and I will raise an invoice for the shipping for you.
