Fabric Godmother - Pranzo - Viscose | Linen

Fabric Godmother has reprinted 'Sardinia' and 'Le Weekend' viscose linens, and created the gorgeous 'Pranzo' print on a cotton lawn; an homage to long lunches with friends.  Amongst the new Fabric Godmother prints you'll also find 'Scallop Star' and 'Secret Garden', both stunning viscose linen blends.

What a print!  'Pranzo' (Italian for 'Lunch') is such a fun homage to Italy, and everything we dream of whilst on an Italian holiday: long lunches with friends and family with a generous table of fare.  You'll see bows of fettuccini, twirls of spaghetti, and scattered farfalle and rigatoni. I adore the rimmed bowl of puttanesca (this is my guess ;-)), tomatoes, chilli, basil, garlic, passata, brie (a French touch) and parmesan. The highlight, for me, are the checked serviettes and the silvery grey cutlery.  This is going to be a sensational blouse, shirt or dress.  Have fun and celebrate Italy every day.  Stash this for spring | summer, or wear in autumn | winter with jeans.  This cloth is FG's gorgeously soft cotton lawn.

Washing Instructions:

Washing instructions: machine washable at 30° on a delicate program, iron on a low setting and at the inside, no tumble dry. Always pre-wash, this fabric has a shrink percentage of 3%.

General Instructions

While cotton can generally be machine washed and tumble dried without any problem, this is a lightweight and delicate fabric, so take more care of the cloth/garment, so hand wash or and use a short / delicate cycle. Wash colours separately. The finished garment will last longer and look better if it is shaken out when wet and placed on a hanger to dry. Tumble drying will shorten the life of the garment and potentially damage the double gauze Do Not Tumble Dry. To prevent fading, wash inside out and dry in the shade. Cotton needs a warm to hot iron. Conduct a spot test. Cotton is dry cleanable.
