This issue ushers in Spring for the Northern Hemisphere, but you'll see lots of versatile pieces in this edition. There are four fabulous tops that you'll love. Esha is an elegant raglan sweatshirt with drawstring cuffs. It looks fabulous teamed with a maxi skirt for something a bit smarter, or with your favourite jeans. Gitika is another raglan sleeve design, and includes a chic centre-front zip, and draw strings under the arm. Kristy is one of my favourites. The casual design is elevated with seam details and the V neckline, patch pockets and slightly rounded collar. Hansa is a cropped shirt with a drawstring waist feature, and the samples look amazing. You'll need something to team with your tops though, and there are plenty of options with the Fulki skirt, and the Allie and Lucia pants. For cooler days there is the Bree sweatshirt, and the ever-useful Carly and Judith cardies|jackets ;-). The Devika is a soft, and understated trench, perfect for a light extra layer. The centrepiece (for me) is the India dress and blouse. The boat-neck, deep V, grown-on sleeve make for a very chic casual top or dress. The fullness of the skirt is so elegant. Enjoy Edition #32! The first part of the magazine features line drawings of the sewing patterns, alongside the beautifully captured versions of the garments. At the back of the magazine is the 'Checklist', which contains measurement charts, notions, fabric suggestions, a guide to using the sewing patterns, and step-by-step sewing instructions. Fibre Mood also have a number of tutorials in their website. The patterns are contained in a middle section of the magazine which you can detach, for easy tracing.
