I had some Sevenberry prints in last year and you loved them. "Iroha" is back! Like Hokkoh, Sevenberry is a renowned Japanese fabric brand that delivers design styles that you won't see elsewhere. 'Iroha' is a Japanese poetic arrangement of syllabary that was first created to help people learn the Japanese writing system. It is not used as widely now, but it remains a significant part of Japanese culture and heritage.
The cloth is a substantial cotton shirting. At 182gsm, it's perfect for shirt, shirtdresses and casual pants. It would also be great for an array of boxy top styles but will also work well for blouses and dresses that have pleats or some gathers. It would bring some lovely body to a statement sleeve.
We stock so many beautiful sewing patterns that would be a perfect match with this fabric. Here are some Indie Pattern suggestions:

Cloth Care:
Delicate Cycle; 30 Degrees, Line Dry. Wash colours separately. The finished garment will last longer and look better if it is shaken out when wet and placed on a hanger to dry. To prevent fading, wash inside out and dry in the shade. Cotton needs a warm to hot iron. Conduct a spot test. Cotton is dry cleanable.
