About the Louise Jacket

It’s been a few seasons since Atelier Jupe released a jacket pattern, and their new one is a stunner!  Short jackets are all the rage right now and this stylish design features a one-piece collar, which makes it easy to make this pattern in heavier fabrics. It also features a zipper closure and placket that covers the zip (to keep the breeze at bay).

The back of Louise is designed with a unique and elegant yoke that goes over into the back sleeve, giving the jacket a distinctive, eye-catching look. It also includes two side panels for added structure. The front mirrors this design with its own yoke and side panels, complete with integrated pockets. The sleeves are finished with two small pleats at the hem and a cuff. Fully lined for warm and comfort, Louise's hem is finished with an elastic that starts at the front side panels, ensuring a snug and flattering fit.

This is a paper pattern.  The pattern includes a hardcopy of the pattern sheet and sewing instructions. The pattern pieces on the pattern sheet are overlapping and printed on both sides to save paper and reduce costs.  Larger patterns piece may be in two pieces, which you need to trace as one.  The pattern is in English, Dutch and French.

The seam allowances are included on the pattern sheet.

The size range for this pattern is 36 to 52.  UK and Australian size 6 - 24.
