About the Penelope Dress, Blouse and Skirt

There are some clothes that you slip into without thinking because you know they make you look beautiful and can follow you to any occasion. This is what Maison Fauve had in mind when they created PENELOPE: a pretty wrap dress, comfortable and flattering for all figures, a little retro but feminine with its buttoned bodice.  As always, there are the Fauve details: a pleated work on the shoulder and beautiful sleeves.

And as nothing is more pleasant than to adapt your pattern, the beautiful PENELOPE will allow you to sew a well cut wrap skirt that's fast to sew, but also a very beautiful blouse.  You will have to adapt the pattern a little in this case but don't panic as it's very simple and everything is explained.

The Fabric

Select a light, soft fabric, such as viscose, cotton, linen or silk, poplin, crepe, satin, fabrics between 100 and 180 g/m2.

The Notions

- 12mm x 7 buttons (9 for the blouse version)
- Thermal fusible webbing suitable for your choice of fabric

Sizing

The pattern size range is 34 to 52 (European), which covers a bust  measurement range from: 80 to 122 cm
