This amazing cotton and viscose seersucker print will bring a bit of fun (and pool-side-chic) to your summer sewing.  This botanical print has tropical leaves and adventurous monkeys, all on a bright magenta pink background.  Seersucker is a perfect summer garment fabric due to the cooling qualities of the weave that create a gentle rumpled effect.  The profile of the seersucker is low and understated, so it's not structured like some other seersuckers.  The cloth is soft and it has lovely drape due to the viscose content. This fabric would be perfect for dresses, summer kaftans, skirts, wide leg trousers, blouses and pyjamas.

Washing Instructions:

Viscose is a fibre that is derived from wood pulp, making it a natural fabric that is more breathable than cotton. It is also known as Rayon.

Please allow 5% shrinkage for this fabric as viscose has a tendency to shrink in the first wash.

Machine washable at 30 degrees, cool iron and hang out to dry straight after washing, please note when you wash viscose it can become stiffer when wet but the softness and drape will return as it dries.  Dry in shade and inside out.
