I wanted to offer you some 'plains' that would work with many prints at Cloth Edit. The new bold colours in the stonewashed linen are perfect for your spring summer sewing. This linen substrate is an amazing option for replicating those effortless, 'floppy' drape pants, dresses and skirts. It's a highly sort-after 250gsm stonewashed linen with a little texture, and a slight crumpled surface. It's soft and drapey, right from 'go'. You'll love this for skirts, pants, shorts, dresses, lighter jackets, jumpsuits and more.
In addition to the two 'Whites' ('Salt' and 'Alabaster') that are already in stock, now you have four gorgeous colours to play with.
Violet Sunset (a muted grey|purple hue).
Toffee Apple Red (it's not too cool and not too warm. It's a great red).
Bright Aqua (a vibrant, clear aqua to celebrate summer)

Cloth Care:
We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand-washing linen. It is important not to wring the fabric or garment, so if you are handwashing, roll up in a towel to press out excess water. To ensure the long life of a garment, don’t tumble dry as this breaks down the fibres. If you do tumble dry the cloth, then do so on a cooler setting. It is preferable to wash inside out. Wash colours separately. Shake out the wet garment and dry flat (or on a hanger) in the shade. Use a warm/hot iron and spot test.
