• A tiny bit transparent under light, but not when it's around your body.  You will need to wear natural colour underwear. 

Cloth Edit is known for its unique prints, but I've ordered a collection of linen 'plains', in the perfect 'bottoms' weight.  I've been looking for a true bottom-weight linen for some time, and this stonewashed substrate is everything I've ever wanted to replicate those effortless, 'floppy' drape pants, dresses and skirts.  A few weeks ago, I released a trio of colours, but I've snapped up some 'Salt' White, and a milky 'Alabaster'. It's in the same highly sort-after 250gsm stonewashed linen as 'Dunes', 'Sienna' and 'Tuscan Clay'.  It has a little texture and a slight crumpled surface but it's soft and drapey, right from 'go'.    It's very chic, and beautiful against the skin.  This stone washed effect is a perfect option for skirts, pants, shorts, dresses, lighter jackets, jumpsuits and chic long-line vests. White skirts were all over Europe this summer, and I love the simplicity and elegance of them. 

There are two 'whites':

Salt (this is a pure, clean white, perfect for wearing with naturals like 'Dunes', navy, black, brights, pastels or muted tones like ochre)

Alabaster (this is a beautiful white that's not as stark as the 'Salt' colourway.  It's 'milky' and will look amazing with browns like 'Sienna' and 'Tuscan Clay', black, navy, and all manner of darker colours)

Cloth Care:

We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand washing linen.  It is important not to wring the fabric or garment, so if you are handwashing, roll up in a towel to press out excess water.  To ensure the long life of a garment, don’t tumble dry as this breaks down the fibres.  If you do tumble dry the cloth, then do so on a cooler setting.  It is preferable to wash inside out.  Wash colours separately.   Shake out the wet garment and dry flat (or on a hanger) in the shade. Use a warm/hot iron and spot test.
