You loved the soft canvas collection of prints that I introduced last year, and I think you'll love the three new options. This 'Terrace-Scape' print is a cotton blend of 70% Cotton and 30% Poly. It's nearly the same weight at the two 100% cotton options, but this is a touch crisper than those. It's still perfect for summer pants, shorts, vests, loose jackets, overalls and jumpsuits, A-line or straight skirts, simple summer dresses and simple tops. Don't let the 'canvas' in the product title mislead you. This is 220gsm, and it has a malleable handle and some nice drape (in rounded folds, away from the body). You wouldn't want a lot of gathering with this cloth, but some pleats would work well. This cloth is also perfect for bag-making due the substantial weight and tight weave.
'Terrace-Scape' ~ I'm always drawn to 'house' prints, and this celebration of terraces in navy, blue and natural is so unique. The pared-back colour palette makes for a more understated fun print. This is going to be great in a 'solo' garment (such as a simple dress) but this would be amazing in separates, teamed with denim. Have fun!
