About the Elsie Dungarees
The Elsie Dungarees are designed for cool comfort. Elsie has all the features you want in dungarees including topstitched pockets at the front and back, and loose trouser legs that you can roll up for a casual look. There is a diamond shape where the shoulder straps are attached to the back 'bib'. The dungarees close with 3 jeans buttons at both sides. For me the slight dropped waist and the back yoke pieces are especially flattering. It makes the bottom area look smaller. Use a middle-weight fabrics like cotton, linen, denim or corduroy. Create a different look when using a plain fabric versus a striped jeans.
This is a paper pattern, the pattern includes a hardcopy of the pattern sheet and sewing instructions. The pattern pieces on the pattern sheet are overlapping and printed on both sides to save paper and reduce costs. Larger patterns piece may be in two pieces, which you need to trace as one. The pattern is in English, Dutch and French.
