Please make sure you read all the 'slides' | images, as you need to email us some details after your purchase your ticket. 

If you cannot make the event, you can transfer it to someone else (via private arrangements), but we need to know the details of the new attendee.  Tickets are not refundable.

Pre-Event: ‘Meet you on the Pool Deck’
4pm-5pm at The Island’s ‘Pool Deck’

• Meet Natalie, Sheree, and Gabrielle, and all the other Frocktails attendees
• Collect pre-ordered Name Badge (Badge orders now closed)
• Enjoy complimentary drink on arrival
• Golden Hour photo opportunities before sunset
• Social Media Photographer to help get some great shots for Instagram.  

Main Event: 
5pm – 9pm at The Island’s ‘Duke’s Parlour’ (near the ‘Pool Deck’).  

• Enjoy a RED-CARPET arrival
• Social Media Photographer will help you capture the moment
• Give a swirl on the fun catwalk (optional)
• Fabulous Catering (Please email me with your dietary needs)
• Great music & dancing
• Comfy lounges to sit and chat, and tall tables and chairs near the bar for a party vibe. It’s a cool space with a great atmosphere.   
  
  

Lucky Door Prizes & A Special Gift  

• There will be a slew of fabulous Lucky Door prizes, from Cloth Edit and other amazing sewing brands!
• Each attendee will receive a sewing related gift!
• Note - There won’t be sample bags

‘Extras’   

• There are bars and many seating areas at ‘The Island’ that are open late (well after our event ends) for those who want to party and chat with fellow frocktailers.  
• If you arrive on the GC early, Natalie, Sheree and Gabrielle will be at ‘The Island’ on Friday afternoon to say Hi and have a cocktail.
• On Sunday 12th July at noon, Gabrielle, Natalie and Sheree plan to catch up with you again for lunch at ‘The Island’ (if you are still around).   More deets to come.  

Accommodation
The Island is also a boutique hotel, so you can stay where the event takes place!  They don’t usually offer a special discount for one-night stays, but they are for GC Frocktails attendees!  If you want to stay one night at ‘The Island’ (Saturday 11th July), please message Natalie @nats_needles on Instagram or email gabrielle@clothedit.com.au
