About the Dandelion Jacket

The Dandelion is a lined bomber jacket with cool Maison Fauve details.  It has a button-up front opening, with gathers into the front waistband and tucks into the shaped back waistband.  There are pocket variations to cover all preferences.  This is a versatile pattern and could be your go-to denim jacket, but also a chic wool version.  Also consider the possibilities in a variety of less obvious fabrics like stable jacquards.  

The Fabric

Make your jacket in woven fabrics such as soft wool, jacquard, tweed, denim, gabardine, tailored wool, from 160gsm to 400gsm, depending on the desired finish. Select a lightweight lining.  

Yardage for sizes 34 to 52

- For a width of 140 cm:

• 34-38: 140 cm
• 40-48: 160 cm
• 50-52: 180 cm

Lining:

• 34-38: 120 cm
• 40-48: 130 cm
• 50-52: 160 cm

-5 buttons between 15 and 30 mm
-130 cm length of fusible interfacing for the collar, the facing and the bottom of sleeve pieces, and waistband.

The size range is 34 to 52 (European), which covers a bust measurement range from: 80 to 122 cm.
