About the Byzance Dress

Byzance is a poetic pattern that is both a feminine skater dress and a delicate blouse. The double neckline at the front and back is emphasised by a play of pleats.  It stays in place thanks to the ties at the back. It has an elasticated waist and a gathered front bust.

The Fabric

Select a nice soft viscose, embroidery anglaise, tencel, soft and light cotton, linen, crepe (about 150 g/m2).  The fabric needs to iron well. 

Yardage for sizes 34 to 52

- Fabric for a width of 140 cm
34 to 40: 130 cm for the top and 230 cm for the dress
42 to 46: 150 cm for the top and 250 cm for the dress
48 to 52: 160 cm for the top and 270 cm for the dress

Sizing

The pattern size range is 34 to 52 (European), which covers a bust  measurement range from: 80 to 122 cm
