The Ellsworth is an oversized, boxy shirt with a dropped back hem and half placket. It's swingy and absurdly comfortable.

The Fabric

For your Ellsworth select 3-6oz linen, cotton poplin, cotton lawn, cotton double gauze, Indian handlooms, cotton chambray, Tencel, hemp/cotton blends. Do not choose anything too heavy, as the back is lower than the front it will pull down making it uncomfortable at the neckline. 

Sizing

This is a multi-size pattern including sizes UK 6 – 18.  This covers a bust measurement of 78cm-106cm.  Keep in mind this pattern has a lot of wearing ease.  All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.
