'Relax' Stretch Denim - Petrol
- 65% Cotton
- 33% Polyester
- 2% Elastane
- Approx 10-15% Stretch Cross Grain (no stretch on grain)
- 270gsm (8 ½ oz)
- 150cm wide
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100
- Twill weave with white and coloured yarns. Tiny flecks of the white can be seen across the right side, creating a slight sheen in certain lights.
Usher in some fresh denim into your spring sewing plans. Cloth Edit has stocked both 'Bliss' and 'Relax' stretch denims before, but it's always nice to celebrate Spring with an injection of fresh colours in the denim collection. 'Bliss' and 'Relax' are from different European suppliers but are quite similar. The Bliss denim is a bit lighter (225gsm vs 270gsm) and has a slightly higher cotton content. They are both on the mid-weight scale for stretch denims. They both have some body, and are soft to touch. The recovery is also great due to the stability of the 20-33% Poly and Elastane content. The twill weave brings a slight sheen when you move it in the light.

Cloth Care:
In order to preserve your denim fabric as well as possible, wash the fabric before sewing.
- Choose a mild detergent without bleach.
- Wash your fabric with a delicate or silk program at a maximum temperature of 30°
- Gentle spin (max 1000 rpm)
- Line Dry in shade (smooth it out when it comes out of the machine)
- Do Not Tumble Dry
- Iron at medium temperature
