About the Whisper Blouse | Dress 

The Whisper blouse is an uncomplicated, and the perfect blouse or dress for hot summer days.  It has a relaxed-fit and is especially designed for Double Gauze fabric. You can choose either the boat neckline or the round neckline with a button placket.

You can make either a blouse, or lengthen it for a dress.

Choose the straight sleeve in 7/8, 3/4, or elbow length, or the fuller sleeve with a sleeve tab.
