The colour combination featured in this new print is superb. The carefree bursts and splatters form abstract floral clusters (in my mind;-)), with some stray little splatters evident across the navy background. The pinks look amazing next to the reddish brown, browns, pale pistachio and various khaki hues. You'll also see apricot, cream, and spectacular acid yellow.
This is the same fabric as several other print releases from a few months ago. It’s a 70% Viscose and 30% Linen blend. If I was to compare it to the lighter weight Fabric Godmother viscose linens, this has a little more linen, is a touch heavier (170gsm), and it has a bit of texture. It is still soft and very drapey. This is wonderful for all manner of garments: blouses, shirts, dresses, skirts and pants.
